Fudge with evaporated milk and NO Fluff...?

I have some evaporated milk and want to make some fudge.. But so far all I have found have Marsh-mellow or the jar of fluff, I dont have that and I really dont feel like going to the store.. Also I dont have any corn syrup. I just need a easy basic fudge recipe. please help :)
